How To Make Neons Pop!

Nail Polish:

• Name - Neon Yellow
• Purchased - Forever21

I'M SO OBSESSED WITH NEON POLISHES!!! They are absolutely gorgeous, pretty to look at & they add a perfect touch of color to anyones outfit. However, the color & nail polish name is very deceiving.... Without any manipulation to the polish, I was left with a sheer yellowish green color...YUCK! Luckily, I had white nail polish to brighten up the color to give me more of that neon look I was going for :)

Results:

2 coats of "Neon Yellow"

Applied 1 coat of white nail polish as my base

& 2 coats of "Neon Yellow" for my top coat

LOVES IT!
